Returns & Exchanges

At SoSweet, we want your snacking experience to be perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy on all non-perishable confectionery. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or have broken seals.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened sweets back into their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
